Pleural Mesothelioma

A mesothelioma is one from the tumor of the so-called mesothelium (from the mesenchyme of the native squamous epithelium of serous hides).

Am häufigsten finden sich Mesotheliome in der Pleura, im Herzbeutel (Perikard) und dem Bauchfell (Peritoneum).
