Synaptic Vesicles

Different structures have different transmitters. The transmitter acetylcholine acts on the presynaptic membranes of the peripheral NS, while noradrenalin acts on the postsynaptic membranes of the peripheral NS. In the brain there are, among others, the carrier substances dopamine and serotonin as well as important functions.
