Filling Phase

The filling of the chambers consisting of two phases during the diastole between opening and closing of the atrioventricular valve (about 0.4 sec). First, 2/3 of the chamber is quickly filled with rapid decrease of atrium, atriumpressure, the remaining filling follows during atriumsystole.
