Adrenaline

Hormone that acts in many places in the sympathetic nervous system. Among other things, it increases pulse rate, cardiac output per minute volume and systolic by means of receptors on the corresponding successful organs and blood pressure.

As a stress hormone, adrenaline mediates an increase in heart rate, an increase in blood pressure, an expansion of bronchioles, a rapid supply of energy reserves through fat breakdown and the release and biosynthesis of glucose.
