The testicles are relatively mobile, they can be pulled up to the groin and then hang lower again. The testicles are not at the same height: One of them hangs a little lower, which is usually the left one. If a testicle needs to be removed, this usually has no effect on the male's fertility or on the testosterone level (the amount of male hormone that can be measured in the blood).
