SAMS Precisions

In the SAMS Guidelines, this point has been clarified as follows:

1. the organisers are competent in the respective specialist field

2. financial support is provided by several undertakings

3. if the duration is longer than ½ day, a participation fee will be charged

4. all agreements between organizer and organizer are recorded in writing

5. the programme is designed and the speakers selected by the organiser

6. the event will be evaluated by the participants

7. the Framework Programme should take up a maximum of 20% of the time
