Enzymes of the Exocrine Pancreas

The entire tissue of the pancreas - like many other glands, e.g. the thyroid gland - is divided into lobes separated by connective tissue. The blood vessels, nerves and lymph vessels supplying the pancreas lie within the connective tissue streets.
