Combination with Alpha Blockers

Combination partners are preferred b-blockers. Combinations with calcium antagonists, central antisympathotonic agents, diuretics and ACE inhibitors also lead to a further lowering of blood pressure. Here, however, there is a risk of severe drops in blood pressure with subsequent orthostatic dysregulation.
