Contraindications for Lysis

Uncontrolled hypertension (>200mmHg/syst or >120 mmHg/diast.)

Non-compressible vascular puncture

Major surgery or trauma in the last 2 weeks

Active internal bleeding and current gastrointestinal bleeding

Stroke in the last 3-6 weeks

Pregnancy before the 18th week

Marcumar therapy

Traumatizing resuscitation before planned lysis

Immediately preceding i.m. injection

"Relative contraindications:

Gastrointestinal ulcers in the anamnesis

Horizontal urine catheter
