Practical Experience Reports

This involves the collection and recording of data in the uninfluenced and therapeutically customary use of approved remedies by third parties. Such reports refer only to the approved indications, dosages and galenic forms. The only data collected is that which arises in the therapeutically necessary use of a remedy in the context of routine medical diagnosis or care of patients. The use of the remedy is not determined/co-determined by an experimental plan, but is solely the result of the treatment decision by the physician. The patient receives the medication necessary for him after the treatment decision of the doctor.
