Guidelines for the Acceptance of Cash and Benefits in Kind

In the guidelines for the acceptance of cash and non-cash benefits, the following was stipulated:Physicians in clinics, practices and research do not accept personal cash or non-cash benefits from the industry that exceed the amount of insignificant financial small recognitions without a corresponding contract or adequate consideration. This Directive is based on the one hand on Article 33 of the Therapeutic Products Act and on the other hand on Article 38 of the FMH Code of Professional Conduct.
