Elevated Aldosterone Levels

Increased aldosterone levels occur, for example, in primary hyperaldosteronism, secondary hyperaldosteronism in renovascular hypertension, malignant hypertension, heart failure and decompensated cirrhosis of the liver with ascites formation.
