Marfan Syndrome
Gene defect based disease of the connective tissue. It is incorrectly constructed, which results in instability of almost all connective tissue of the body.
This results in a variety of symptoms, potentially fatal ones are aneurysms and dissections, but also heart valve defects and retinal detachments are very stressful effects for the patient.
