Renal Corpuscle

The renal corpuscles are, so to speak, the housings of the glomeruli and consist of the vascular ball of the glomerulus and the surrounding Bowman's membrane. The primary urine is formed in the renal corpuscles by the process of ultrafiltration, which is concentrated to the final urine by reabsorption and secretion when passing through the tubule system.
