Prostate Carcinoma

Prostate cancer. Palpable as stone hardening in the area of the prostate.

The disease is asymptomatic in its early stages. At an advanced stage, however, symptoms such as bone pain, bladder emptying disorders and later weight loss and anaemia can occur.

If the diagnosis is only made when symptoms have already occurred, metastasis has often already taken place, primarily in the local lymph nodes or in the skeleton.
