Increase in Hydrophilicity

Important: In-depth studies have shown that there are considerable differences in the metabolism of drugs between the individual animal species with regard to degradation and excretion (elimination). Therefore, animal experimental values cannot always be transferred to humans by analogy. Even from one individual to another, there are differences in efficacy and different excretion rates with the same dosage and application of a drug, depending on the secretory and metabolic performance of the liver and kidneys. Any impairment of these functions leads to a higher and slower decrease in the blood level of the drug compared to normal conditions.
